Monthly Trailbound Sketches Card Subscription FAQ:
If you are purchasing a monthly card subscription as a gift, you MUST ensure the shipping address is for the intend ended recipient.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your customer account.
Subscriptions renew on the same day the original order was placed.
Example: First order was placed on December 20th, it will renew on January 20th, and so forth.
Subscription notifications (if this is a gift and you do not want the recipient to know about the gift, please use your own email address, or they will receive notifications).
An automatic renewal reminder email will be sent out ahead of renewal. If you would like to cancel, pause/delay, etc. This is the window to make adjustments.
Cut-of Date to the receive current month’s card design = the 15th of the month.
Example: Order/start new monthly subscription between January 1-15th and you/or gifted receipient will receive January’s card design.
Example: Order/start new monthly subscription between January 16-31st and you/or gifted receipient will receive Februarys card design.
Cut-off Date to receive the next month’s card design = the last day of the previous month.
Example: December 31, 2024 to receive the January 2025 Card Designs
