Founded by award-winning Alaskan artist and filmmaker, Max Romey, Trailbound Sketches is an impact production studio using cinematic storytelling, livestreams and watercolor painting to inspire curiosity for the natural world.
Based out of Anchorage, Alaska with a satellite studio in upstate New York, our team specializes in building community around a shared passion for watercolor and the outdoors. We offer impact filmmaking, both on-demand and livestream watercolor tutorial experiences for all levels, and a kind online community.
