  • Click on >>> LOGIN (Desktop = upper right corner next to shopping bag icon; Mobile = Click on the three bars to top left and see LOGIN at bottom of menu)

    Pop-up box >>> In small print under the Sign in button there should be a "Forgot Password" text link.

    If there is not, and it's trying to automatically sign you in but you know it's not the right password, you will instead see a text link that says something like, "Is this not you..." and click on that to then have the sign-in box reappear that will have the "Forgot Password?" text link.

  • 🔔 How to Get Livestream Notifications

    Never miss a moment! Choose your preferred platform below and follow these quick steps to turn on alerts.

    🟣 Twitch

    1. Search for and follow Trailbound Sketches.

    2. Click the Bell Icon on our profile page.

    3. Check your personal account settings to ensure "Live" notifications are enabled for email or mobile push.

    🔴 YouTube

    1. Go to our channel, click Subscribe, and select the Bell Icon.

    2. Set the bell notification to "All" to receive every alert.

    3. On any upcoming scheduled stream, click the "Notify me" button for a direct reminder.

    💬 Discord

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the server menu to the 🎞️ In Reel Time section.

    2. Right-click on the #livestreams channel.

    3. Select Notification Settings from the pop-up menu.

    4. Click All Messages.

  • If you have subscribed to the Trailbound Sketches weekly editions, but have not been receiving our communications:

    1 📇 Add TEAM TRAILBOUND, create {AT} trailboundsketches {DOT} com to your address book/email contacts.

    2 🚨 If our email has been sent to SPAM, when you click on the email, there should be a button/option in the top left corner that says, “NOT SPAM” and should place our notes into your primary inbox or under “updates.”

    Products made in North America (unless otherwise specified) by small businesses who value ethical and environmentally conscious production.

  • Max does not accept watercolor commissions for personal use at this time. Please consider signing up for the Trailbound Sketches Newsletter. If and when Max chooses to open for commissions, email list members will be first notified of openings.

  • All fine art prints are made-to-order and drop shipped directly from our US-based family-owned fine art printers to the customer. If you require your order to ship sooner, please contact us.

    All listed Trailbound products (i.e. Trail Tiles, mini-prints, etc.) ship from Trailbound Producer Jennifer’s studio in Upstate New York.

  • Incorrect Address:

    If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please contact us ASAP so we can make changes before it ships.

    Fine Art Prints:

    Prints are made to order and ship domestically and to Canada by way of UPS & Fedex. Internationally by USPS.

  • Alaska: 7-14 business days

    United States (lower 48): 5-7 business days

    International: 2-4 weeks

    These delivery times are approximate and do not account for delays experienced due to weather or customs.

    If the delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, please contact us for next steps.

    We cannot replace missing, lost, or stolen items. To ensure a safe delivery, we strive to include tracking with each order.

  • Cancellations are only honored up to 24-hours after your purchase.

    Returns (for any reason), replacements, or exchanges are not accepted at this time.

    If an item is returned due to an address issue, an “item only” refund will be issued and you’re welcome to reorder with the correct address.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us ASAP to discuss any potential issues.

    Since we are a small business, we unfortunately unable to replace missing, lost, or stolen items, or items damaged in shipping. However, we can find a resolution. Please contact us ASAP.

    We are unable to consider order issues beyond 30 days of order date.

  • Max loves partnering with like-minded companies that are looking to work with independent artists and share our goals for environmentally conscious products and manufacturing.

    Each year, Max takes on a limited number of client projects based on fit, schedule, timing, and project requirements. Max is NOT currently accepting new projects at this time.
