Earlier this year, the GoPro Team traveled to Alaska to film my painting process and it was a wild time! For most of my career as both filmmaker and artist, there have been a number of cameras in my bag. However, the GoPro is the only one that still works after an epic trip to places like Katmai or Kayak Island, Alaska. They've been listening and in this video we see if their new HERO 13 Black with Macro Lens can replace all my other kit in-the-field!

After my epic few days of filming in Alaska with the team at GoPro, they sent me off with the new HERO13 Black with the new Macro Lens to see what if it could be my Goldilocks of a camera that helps me reimagine how I film my painting process in the field. Here's my honest take including what I love and what still needs improving.
